Product Overview

The Nicotra Gebhardt FFU 2.0 represents the next generation of Fan Filter Units, engineered to deliver maximum efficiency, performance, and durability through optimized component integration. Available in 1.2 x 1.2 m (4’ x 4’) format, the unit features a patented air guide system integrated into the housing for superior airflow management and system efficiency up to 66% in typical operating ranges. The highly efficient backward-curved metal impeller is driven by a maintenance-free brushless external rotor DC motor, ensuring long service life and reduced operating costs.

With static pressure capability up to 400 Pa at 0.45 m/s, the FFU 2.0 supports demanding cleanroom applications. It is available in aluminum, galvanized steel, or powder-coated steel, with both Top Load and Bottom Load configurations. Certified to ISO 9001:2025, UL listed, and CE compliant, it includes a smart commutation unit supporting Modbus RTU, Gbus, and 0–10 Vdc protocols for remote monitoring and control, plus an integrated display for direct operation. The design is optimized for simplified maintenance and reduced service time.
