Product Overview
The RLM Evo plug fan sets a new benchmark in system efficiency. Its backward-curved hollow profile blades and fully redesigned impeller geometry were optimized using real turbulence profiling to achieve exceptional aerodynamic performance.
The inclined leading edge ensures even pressure development and minimizes turbulence, significantly reducing entry and exit losses. The result is superior efficiency combined with noticeably lower noise emissions. Despite its enhanced performance, RLM Evo maintains the same external dimensions and key operating data as earlier plug fan generations, enabling fast retrofit or seamless integration into existing systems. The direct-drive design ensures virtually maintenance-free operation. Available for horizontal (E6) and vertical (E3) installation, RLM Evo offers multiple motor configurations including permanent magnet IE4 solutions and IEC asynchronous motors up to 37 kW, with integrated or external frequency inverter options. Fan systems which are arranged in a row or stacked form a multiple wall configuration - a socalled fangrid Fans made using hybrid design with an integrated re-direction device are particularly suitable for creating multiple wall configurations, as this facilitates air flows to the outlets one to another more easily.
