We have designed and developed the filter fan units (FFU) from Nicotra Gebhardt to exactly meet the requirements of perfectly functioning clean rooms. The “heart“ of the FFU is the motor-impeller-unit. All components such as the air inlet nozzle, the impeller, the motor and the respective commutation unit for actuation of the motor are exactly matched to each other in every detail and therefore work in perfect harmony with each other in joint interaction ideally. And it is also a matter of: Solutions according to need for controlling and monitoring the FFU networks ensure simply operation: Filter Fan Units made by Nicotra Gebhardt are available

Simple handling: Controlling and monitoring your FFU networks

The core element of the system solutions we developed are the control centres for parameterisation and monitoring of your FFU networks on the basis of various RS485 interfaces (G-bus/Modbus RTU). We can optionally offer you three different components for actuation according to requirements:

  • PC control centre for actuation of up to 500 FFUs per Ethernet RS485 Gateway
  • Handheld FANCommander 100 for actuation of up to 100 FFUs.
  • Mini control centre FANCommander 200 for actuation of up to 200 FFUs (new as of Quarter 4/2014).

 

Ethernet-RS485-Gateway (ECE 01-0500-5E-MG)

Communication device for controlling of up to 500 FFUs per gateway over a connected PC control centre:

  • Controlling of up to 500 FFUs over an N||G serve
  • Communication via G-bus and/or Modbus RTU interface is possible.
  • Particularly suitable for clean room applications.
  • Ethernet interfaces for connection to an FFU server as well as for configuration via a web interface.
  • Every FFU contains a unique address assignment.
  • Communication between the components by means of the Master-Slave protocols.

FANCommander 100 (ECE 04-0100-5E-MG)

Mobile handheld for controlling and parameterization of up to 100 FFUs:

  • Controlling of up to 500 FFUs over an N||G server.
  • Communication via G-bus and/or Modbus RTU interface is possible
  • Particularly suitable for clean room applications.
  • Ethernet interfaces for connection to an FFU server as well as for configuration via a web interface.
  • Every FFU contains a unique address assignment.
  • Communication between the components by means of the Master-Slave protocols.
