Integrated efficiency advantage

The EC-motor operates without slip losses and thus consumes significantly less power than conventional AC motors.

Important: This applies for all speeds, i.e. even in partial-load operation! The EC-motor therefore uses less power than the AC motor under all operating conditions and has a significantly higher level of drive system (motor and control) efficiency.

Fans in inches:

  • Double width, double inlet (DWDI), direct drive.

  • Scroll casing made of galvanized steel (EN 10142), assembled through a high technology roller-locked seaming.

  • Impeller with forward curved blades of galvanized steel plate, directly mounted on a brushless, permanent magnets, DC-external rotor motor, no transmission losses, dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940.

  • High efficient 1000 W driver sensor-less algorithm, with integrated active PFC and thermal derating protection, is directly mounted on scroll, plug and play solution, no need further configuration.

  • Continuous speed variation control drive system by signal 0-10V or with Modbus RS485 compliant interface.

  • The fan is in protection class IP 44, instead the driver is IP 54.

  • Power source 230 V – 50/60 Hz

  • Maintenance free

  • Air performance ratings according to AMCA 210-99 (Fig. 12) and ISO 5801 (Fig. 69 c and par. 30.2 f).
